If selected, I commit myself to attending the entire mission.

I understand that all participants selected for the mission must pay €1000 refundable deposit and that Large Company participants need to pay an additional participation fee of €2500.

I understand that last-minute cancellations made after confirming participation may result in the forfeiture of the participant’s participation fee. However, remittance will be eligible in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, health issues or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the participant's control.

The amount of €1000 deposit is only refundable upon successful completion of the mission. However, I understand for each day of absence without a valid reason, 200 EUR for 5-day mission will be deducted from the deposit amount (€250 for a 4-day mission).

I declare that if my organisation is selected for the mission, it will commit to exhibiting solely in the EU- Japan Centre’s joint booth and not in another pavilion or booth.

I understand that my work contact details will be shared with the EU-Japan Centre's office in Japan, with other participants selected for this course and with the organisers of the trade fair concerned.

I authorise the EU-Japan Centre to include my name and picture in the list of participants and proceedings of the mission.

I understand that I need a written permission from the EU-Japan Centre to use its logo. Permission must be requested and granted before the logo can be used.
